Variety of services to meet your needs and goals
I offer psychotherapy services through Carolina Wellness Psychiatry, PLLC. After our first session, I'll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals.
$220 initial assessment, then $165 per follow-up. Sessions are 45 minutes and available both in-person and via secure telehealth. Sessions are typically weekly or bi-weekly, and most clients work with me for 6–12 months. I welcome clients to return for check-ins anytime—care doesn't have an expiration date.
I trained at Stanford University's Sleep Health and Insomnia Program. CBT-I is a structured, evidence-based approach to improving sleep by gently shifting the thoughts and habits that keep you stuck in restless nights.
Over the course of 6–8 sessions, you will explore practical tools like sleep scheduling, relaxation strategies, and mindset shifts so that you can get a good night's sleep.
As an NASW-certified supervisor, I offer clinical supervision to LCSWAs across North Carolina. I am most comfortable supervising those working in hospitals or healthcare settings. Supervision is better in person, please only consider me if you are in the Triangle Area.
$75 per hour. Supervision sessions focus on case consultation, professional development, and licensure requirements. Rates and scheduling can be discussed during an initial consultation. Must be located in the Triangle area for in-person meetings.
Curious about medical social work or transitioning from medical social work to a private practice? I enjoy connecting with students and early career professionals to explore their path in the field.
$50 per hour. One-time consultation sessions to discuss career paths, licensure requirements, job opportunities, and transitioning between different social work settings. Perfect for students, recent graduates, and professionals considering a change in their social work practice.
I intentionally operate outside of insurance networks. Working together privately means we can shape your treatment without the limitations imposed by insurance companies. This often allows us to:
Want to use your insurance benefits anyway? Many patients do. I can provide a superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement. Depending on your plan, insurance may cover a portion of the session cost.
Initial Assessment (60 min): $220 | Follow Up (45 min): $165
We will work together in a comfortable and collaborative environment to tackle your unique challenges. I'm ready to be your cheerleader and push you forward towards your goals.
Sessions are offered during typical working hours, as well as, limited evenings; online and in person.
Your business is your business; I don't share information with insurance companies, employers, or any other contacts.
I work with a team of psychiatrists to allow my patients easy access to medication management when indicated.
Patients typically see me for a few months before transitioning to less frequent sessions when their symptoms have largely resolved
